Sunday Morning Volunteer Opportunities

Looking for a way to be involved? Consider being a part of the Sunday morning volunteer team. Here's our current needs:
• Coffee Fellowship: provides food and makes coffee (cleans and sets up) on a Sunday morning; 1.5 hour time commitment. All food costs are reimbursed. Need 2
• Greeter: welcomes guests who come to Saint James on a Sunday morning; time commitment, 30 minutes. Need 2
• Tech team: learn the sound board, bring a partner to learn the slides/lights; time commitment, 1 Sunday morning per month, 1.5 hours. Need 1

Helping to Feed Hungry Seniors

On Saturday, June 29th, Saint James will again be helping to feed local seniors through the monthly Last Saturday Food distribution that ALIVE organizes at Ladrey Apartments, located at 300 Wythe Street in Old Town Alexandria near the Potomac River. We need 5 volunteers at the distribution from 8:30-11AM. Register by signing up in the lobby for an upcoming distribution, or see Linda Patterson for more information.
